岗位职责：
- According to new product request to responsible for the feasibility evaluation and investment of machine and fixture ,and organization installation, debugging and accept for production line equipment;
- 根据新产品的要求，负责相关的设备、工装方面的可行性评估及投资并组织协调生产线设备的安装和调试与验收；
- Improvement current fixture design concept, and instruct machines maintenance;
- 改进工装的现有设计方案，指导设备的维护；
- Responsible for fixture design for new platform product;
- 负责新产品导入、设计工装夹具；
- Edit PFMEA, process flowchart, control plan, and WI of process document so on. And organization carry out these process document in production line;
- 负责编制FEMA、工艺流程图、控制计划及操作指导等工艺文件，并组织在生产车间实施；
- Responsible for process improvement (as: OEE, productivity, PPM, CT, machine capability and production capacity);
- 负责工艺优化，如OEE、生产力、PPM、节拍时间、提升设备能力及产能；
- Analysis, study, test, implement and improve manufacturing processes focusing on current quality requirements and cost reduction objectives. To reduce scrap rate and operators;
- 以当前质量需求及节约成本目标为中心，分析、学习、测试、实施并改进生产流程，以降低报废、减少 人员等；
- Responsible for introduce new process from lead plant and apply to local plant;
- 负责从领导工厂引进最新的生产工艺并运用到本工厂；
- Participate in Failure parts and customer complaints analysis, and take effective action to solving problems with process correlative topic;
- 参与缺陷件与客户投诉的分析，并采取有效的措施解决与工艺相关的问题；
- Train and instruct the adjuster to adjust parameters and make maintenance for the key machine;
- 培训和指导调整工进行关键工艺设备的参数调整和日常维护；
- Support to prepare for sample manufacturing;
- 协助准备生产样件；
- Participate in the new project plan, and provide valuable planning on personnel, workplace and logistics;
- 参与新项目规划，并在人员、场地和物流等方面提出合理的规划；
- Processing project topics and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- 处理项目的相关议题以及主管分配的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above with engineering, mechanical, industry engineering related major;
- 本科及以上学历，工程、机械及工业工程等相关专业；
- Three years above working experience in automotive industry with assembly line or machining line engineering process. Have experience regarding leading team to complete the new product launch or production line transfer;
- 3年以上汽车行业装配线或机械加工生产线工艺方面的工作经验，有领导团队完成新产品投产或产品线转移的经验；
- Master the lean production tools such as pull and leveling, problem solving, quick change over, lean line design;
- 掌握精益生产工具，比如拉动和均衡生产、问题解决、快速换型和精益生产线设计；
- Clear quality control mindset and quality tools master like (APQP, PPAP, FMEA , , SPC and MSA;)
- 清晰地质量控制意识和掌握质量工具的运用,， 如APQP PPAP,、 FMEA ,、 SPC 和 MSA；
- Excellent communication, execution and coordination skills;
- 卓越的沟通、执行和协调能力；
- Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
